Richard Lloyd Jones: Sartre said "hell was the other people," and maybe we took it too much to heart. So we build walls to keep up the Mexicans. We stone the terrible women who sleep around. We blame everyone but ourselves for our troubles. And perhaps one of the most pernicious areas dominated by this problems-come-from-outside mentality is our health. Today on Thinking with Somebody Else's Head, where our health really comes from.

I'm Richard Lloyd Jones. You know, every couple of days I receive an e-newsletter from Dr. Mercola. A number of times a week I get this, and frankly, I can't keep up with it. It's a kind of information overload. But there is a lot of good stuff in there, like how genetically modified foods are taking over. Lots of news in there about the dangers of artificial sweeteners and fluoride and even vaccines.

It's pretty invaluable stuff, but it struck me the other day as I was reading that actually it's kind of materialistic.

There are so many details on nutrition, simple secrets to better digestive health, things men can do to tweak their prostate health, amazing tonics and teas and supplements. Oh, we're at that easy. We're kind of addicted to looking for solutions outside, aren't we? You know, my father, who's, what, 86 now, it's like he's got a health food store there in his bedroom, full of exotic things like shark cartilage, Komodo bearded dragon dusting powder.

Go ahead, ask me what that is. I have no idea. Leucistic sugar gliders. Man's search for healing medicinal tonics is centuries old. This desperate drive to find our health answers outside was exploited, actually, by many people, particularly by the first Rockefellers. The father of J.D., the first oil robber baron, was well known for bottling a strange concoction and traveling all over America, palming off bottled raw petroleum as a magical elixir that he assured the gullible would cure everything from gas to cancer.

His son, J.D., was impressed by that, especially when he realized it cost only two bucks a barrel to concoct this magic elixir from crude petroleum, and that barrel would make about 1,000 six-ounce bottles of the stuff. So Rockefeller labeled it New Jol and sold it as a cure for constipation, and Standard Oil made a lot of money on that. We are so desperate to find the origins of our illnesses, we'll spend a fortune looking for magic from others.

This fear of things outside reached maybe its zenith in the 20th century with Darwin's theory. I mean, if we're all animals, it must be a jungle out there. So eat or be eaten, my friend. And look at all the disastrous collateral damage of that inverted view. Louis Pasteur kicked into action at the end of the 19th century with the theory that disease would originate from germs formed outside.

Forget that at the same time, Antoine Béchamp, a much superior scientist, was saying exactly the opposite. The whole thing with Pasteur just kind of took off, mostly because the pharmaceutical industry makes a lot of money by having us believe that the problem comes from germs and bacteria outside, so we need medicine against that. This is a fascinating subject to consider, which is what we'll get into today with our special guest from the International Society of Analytical Trilogy and an expert in psychosomatic health, Dr.

Cláudia Bernhardt Pacheco. I was doing a bit of research on all of this health pharmaceutical industry, Cláudia, and I was investigating a book written in 1984, so that's more than 20 years ago, right, 26 years ago, called Corporate Crime in the Pharmaceutical Industry, written by Dr. John Braithwaite.

Braithwaite. I think he's from Australia. And he looked into all the things that are going on behind the scenes in the pharmaceutical industry, including bribery and corruption, fraud in the testing of drugs, criminal negligence in the unsafe manufacture of drugs. And he asserts in his book that the pharmaceutical industry has a worse record of law breaking than any other industry. And so I thought, well, we need to talk about that, not specifically about the record of law-breaking, because you and I haven't done so much research on that, but about the completely faulty science on which the pharmaceutical industry is based.

Because the fact that there's law-breaking going on and corruption and bribery indicates that there's a lot of money there. And the money is there because it's been perpetuated throughout our system in a very nefarious kind of way.

So I thought maybe we could talk just a little bit about the faulty idea behind the pharmaceutical industry from our point of view, from the Analytical Trilogy perspective, and sort of penetrate it that way. See if we can get to the real cause of illness. Let's start there.

Cláudia Bernhardt Pacheco: You know, Richard, when you speak about this, this reminds me that since the beginning, what caused this deviation was a criminal intention of this group.

That in the beginning of the 20th century, the late 19th, but mostly the beginning of the 20th century, that wanted to use the medical field to produce more money, to enslave more people. And this was intentional since the beginning. And since then, they took the control of all medical schools in the world, mostly all medical schools. And this was done by Mr.

Rockefeller, Mr. Carnegie. And so there was a group, a powerful group behind the scenes and even behind the Harvard University or the Harvard Medical School.

They were planning this deviation, this deception since the beginning. And

Richard: we need to talk a little bit in numbers before we tell that story because that story is fascinating. I was talking about it in my class last night. The estimated worldwide sales for prescription drugs in 2002, eight years ago, was $400 billion. That's how big. So we're talking huge money. And whenever you talk huge money, you've got something going on behind the scenes that nobody's talking about because that's immoral, I think.

To be making this kind of money from from people. So the story was at the beginning of the end of the 19th century, beginning of the 20th century. There was kind of a battle going on in

Cláudia: the medical field.

Richard: Yeah,

Cláudia: in France. Yeah, in the end the line in Germany, Bichon in France, Claude Bernard. They were researching on the the causes of many

Richard: infections.

Claude Bernard, Antoine Béchamp and

Cláudia: Gunther Enderlein. Yes. A little bit later in Germany, right? Yes. But at the early part of the 20th century. Okay. Yes. And they were developing a research on the inner causes. Inner not psychological, but inner in the field.

Richard: The terrain, they call it.

Cláudia: The terrain. Yeah. The terrain of the person that is very much connected to the lifestyle, habits of what they eat, what they drink, the habits of life, and also their degree of stress, either caused by emotional or social reasons, mostly social at the time they considered, not that much psychological, emotional causes as we have been doing lately.

But at that time, then, Pasteur tried to develop for the industry of wine, the wine industry and the liquor industry, the beer.

Richard: Fermented products,

Cláudia: yes. He was doing a study about bacterias, and so for some reason, Mr.

Pasteur was then touching an area that looked like useful or interesting for those pharmaceutical industry owners.

Richard: Which had not even begun yet. There was no pharmaceutical industry at that time. Yeah. It

Cláudia: grew out of this theory, didn't it? Yeah, so they found out a way to pretend that bacterias were harmful for health of human beings and were the cause of all diseases, infections.

And on the contrary, those scientists showed that when bacterias, fungus, and other viruses, more later on they studied that, but mostly bacterias and funguses, that if they are present in some pathogenic situations, they were more present because they were a defense mechanism of the organism. Instead of being an attacking mechanism or attacking microorganisms. Dangerous.

Richard: Not the cause then, but a consequence in some way.

Cláudia: Yes, exactly, Richard.

So this makes all the difference and makes a lot of difference in many ways. Because according to Béchamp and according to Enderlein, the bacteria, bacteria inside the blood or inside the tissues and the liquids, they were present because they were a kind of development of the microzymes. The microzymes are elements, living elements and vibrational elements in the blood that are present in the blood of the person and can be found and detected in this dark field microscope which was banished from all universities, intentionally banished from the researchers, health researchers, because they showed the bacteria as being a development of this previous present in the blood, naturally present in the blood microzymes.

Wait a minute,

Richard: you're saying that in the late 19th century there was the ability to see microzymes.

Yeah. And

Cláudia: in the beginning of the 20th century. Yes. And now dark field microscope which is very

Richard: rare but it's still you can find those microscopes to to use for research. Presently we have them in our clinic.

Cláudia: We have them.

Richard: We have it. We have it. So there was this whole development going on with uh with bechamp particularly and um i think claude bernard who were studying these these particles in the blood called microzymes through the dark field microscope and that has

Cláudia: been taken out completely from our scientific.

Totally totally taken out. Incredible. And this is was a real real unethical. It's criminal. It's criminal because they deviated everything and based their theories on Pasteur. And they used even Pasteur's theories that were used for biochemical purposes, for medical purposes. And so when they did that, they started to handle researchers, intentionally deviate, orient researchers, so-called researchers, pseudo-researchers, to fund, to make, to bring a fund, a fundament, a basis for their idea that being the illness a result from an external bacterian attack.

So drugs were needed to kill the bacterias. If you have

Richard: a germ that's causing your disease you need somebody to kill that germ. And it's incredibly ingenious between quotes to think about this because if every disease has its own germ. Yeah. That means every and every germ needs a medicine so you know you've got a completely open field for producing pharmaceuticals.

Cláudia: Yes.

Since this distorted idea, this was the pseudologic that they followed. But according to the true research, scientific research, bacterias are not present in our organism as something dangerous. Most of the bacterias we have, they are present in us to produce balance. We have, just in our gastrointestinal tract, more than 3 million kind of bacterias. And we have more bacterias than cells in our organism.

Incredible. And they are here to promote balance, health, harmony, not disease.

So what Enderlein and Béchamp mostly noticed related to this research about the blood, the blood research, they saw that when something went wrong in the organism, that was mostly produced in the inner system of the body, like something was wrong in the blood or in the body of the person, those microzymes, they transformed themselves in bacteria in order to promote the healing of the organ that was being damaged.

If you give drugs or if you kill those bacteria, you take away the defense of the organism. But also you attack. Because you introduce chemicals that have side effects. So when you heal of a disease, it's not because of the drug you're taking, but besides the drug. Your organism

Richard: must

Cláudia: defend itself from what is going wrong in itself, inside of our body.

And also

fight the results, the side effects of the drugs.

So, what can happen sometimes is that there is a situation of discomfort, like fever,

Cláudia: inflammation, pain, swelling. So, this causes discomfort. And sometimes the drugs you take, they decrease the symptoms, which is not absolutely a good sign because this is not a healing process. This is just taking away symptoms. And sometimes the symptoms are necessary to heal. It's a healing process. No one enjoys having those symptoms, and they naively think that the symptoms are the disease and not what is behind the symptoms.

Richard: Yeah, the interior atmosphere of the human being. Exactly. So, you know, this is interesting. You're talking about this report in the newspaper. Is that in our daily newspaper today that you're reading that report? Yeah,

Cláudia: and we have also other news here where we can see this inversion that was firstly brought by Aristotle and his followers during, like, the history.

The philosophical history

Richard: of the human

Cláudia: being. So considering the sensorial level. And the sciences based on particulars. So you don't. They took away the universals. And the truth. And the ethics, aesthetics. And the abstraction from sciences. And stay just on the particulars. So studying the particulars. Like they are studying now. And they are finally, finally perceiving that diabetes can have a connection with sleeping habits.

So, they knew there is something going on in this area. But instead of perceiving that, the person who has sleeping difficulties, They produce hormones that are affecting the production of insulin and glucose on

Richard: the

Cláudia: blood. They are doing something imbalanced. That's why when people do analysis, they can heal diabetes. Even the so-called hereditary diabetes. They can heal that because they interfere in the very central cause which is above which is in the soul which is in the mind which is in the feelings which causes the stress and the stress heats some productions of epinephrine glucan glucagon and and affects the protein of cryptochrome and so all this is involved in the process of diabetes.

But instead of them coming from the top cause to the symptom they stay in the symptom. So now they want to um like find a way to use a specific um imitation of this hormone. They produce a chemical imitation of the hormone, thinking that if they introduce in the blood system a kind of imitation, that this will relieve the symptom or heal the diabetes.

What is going to happen if they do

Richard: this? They're going to introduce an artificial, and not only that, even though if they would try to use the natural protein, they will introduce more protein, which will cause a reaction, a chain reaction in other proteins and other hormones, which will not absolutely heal the cause. Yeah. We do this all the time, we human beings.

We're always trying to mess with the material part of it.

Cláudia: So we need to see why people are having sleeping habits distorted.

So they get stressed. And they get all their glucose and insulin on the blood unbalanced. So why this happens? Because of the psychopathology and because of the sociopathology. Because if we see the habits of the life that people organized, it's very unhealthy. And we know that we are living in a large, huge, abnormal, neurotic city at São Paulo. We have many, many, many qualities in São Paulo, but we have also difficulties that we cannot overcome, right?

Richard: It's huge.

Cláudia: It's huge.

Richard: With all of its resident problems

Cláudia: of any great urban center, it has all of those in spades. So we are living an upside down life. It's not the true life. It's not the true society that we are living in. We are not living in a healthy society at all. And this is not only in the large cities, but it's a mentality that took over humanity for centuries and centuries.

So even though people can live longer, we are living in a very unhealthy kind of society. So if we are living now 60, 70, 80 or even 100 years, we could live 800, 900 years easily if we would disinvert society and disinvert energetic systems of the world.

Richard: You know, it's always surprising to me, or not surprising, but I always notice how this comes up, this sort of influence of the inverted form of thinking.

So here we have this whole beautiful science that was developed in the late 19th century that Dr. Keppe and you and your psychosomatic clinic are continuing to find the cause, the true cause, to really cure people of these so-called incurable diseases, these things that affect us physically, mentally, socially, etc. At the same time, we see this incredible desire to take us away from that thinking.

Even today, on Sunday, one of the popular shows in Brazil called Fantástico, they had a whole report about how natural healing, you have to be careful with natural healing, it can be dangerous.

And

Cláudia: so, you know, and it's okay. It's all paid. All

Richard: paid. Totally. And nothing about the iatrogenic disease, the incredible increase in death from medical care that we have in the world today. Maybe the leading cause of death in hospitals and people now is the care from doctors, wrong diagnosis or just being in the hospital sometimes. So, you know, we're not getting it because of this sociopathological aspect.

We're not being allowed to explore this work. Look, people, you know, there's a whole world of discovery out there.

Cláudia: And you know that most of the profits they are getting from these pharmaceutical companies, besides Viagra, is psychiatric drugs and anti-obesity. How do you...

Richard: Yeah, to stop people from being too fat, right? Yeah,

Cláudia: to avoid...

Richard: Appetite suppressants?

Cláudia: Yes. This has a huge, huge selling market.

And you know, Richard, that those drugs are used as a substitute for crack.

Richard: No, I did not do

Cláudia: that. They use now in these parties and everything to substitute crack. Because it's easier to buy and it's so-called legal. They're not arrested if they use but it's the same effect. So what is the difference what is the difference. Now imagine uh Richard that a attack of anger an anger attack has an enormous devastating power in our organism.

Not only an anger attack can cause a heart attack but it can cause cancer, it can cause migraines, high blood pressure, a lot of things. But what is even more sad is that fear is an enormous stressing element. And living in a society where the laws are all against the people, how can you live without fear? So fear is an element of killing and creating disease that is much more present than any other one.

And this is not something that you hear people speaking and specialists speaking, because where the fear comes from, where the tension comes from, comes exactly from the society and in inverted laws that are imposed to us since we are born, having such an enormous amount of debts to pay and this necessity to make money and to live for the money and especially for the richness of the powerful, not our own, but for the powerful.

And if I am so much interested in giving my life away in order to become rich, So this is so devastating and deforming of the personality and the being.

Richard: Some students last night was mentioning exactly that, Cláudia, that when we sell out, when we throw away the most valuable parts of ourselves. Well, you were talking about this in a program recently. When we exchange the true value inside for this external desire to make money or be famous or to get somewhere, you know, to be a winner in society.

We do an enormous damage to ourselves and we see a society now where people have lost hope. And you know one of my big concerns working with young people as I do they don't have any hope. They've lost their sense of purpose in life. And

Cláudia: if we see Richard how many geniuses were killed by social structure so in such a like young ages if you see those artists and those incredible inventors they could say oh antibiotics was not present at the time so they were they died because of this.

But if you consider Schubert for instance dying at such a young age 27 right? Around that and he was put in a common grave in order to have his breakfast he would write a music for the man who owned this coffee shop. And so he could, every day, he came and he wrote a song and he was able to exchange for breakfast.

So many geniuses like Mozart, he was killed because he had to pay debts that his wife did in his name.

And he had many kids to raise. And so if you see many, many geniuses dying and being killed, being killed by the powerful.

Richard: Directly and

Cláudia: indirectly. So they are like demons, demons controlling the planet. What a pity to have John Lennon lost because of economic and financial political interests. So many geniuses being lost and being killed because of the social evil structure, pathological structure.

Richard: It's really time to wake up to this, isn't it?

Cláudia: We should. Otherwise, I don't know what's going to happen.

Richard: Kempi's discovery of inversion gives us a powerful tool for understanding our world and should be studied more by anyone interested in knowing how we and our society tick. Rich at richjonesvoice.com if you'd like to know more. This is Thinking with Somebody Else's Head.

I'm Richard Lloyd Jones. Talk to you next time.
